Interview with Jake Suri
AH: What is the message you’re trying convey with your story?
JS: I wanted to make something different. Nobody’s perfect. Everybody’s childhood is screwed.
AH: Do you believe this tough love/honesty is beneficial to kids?
JS: I think white lies are important.
AH: Do you want to publish short stories when you’re older?
JS: I think it would be pretty awesome actually.
AH: Do you have a good relationship with your father?
JS: Yeah. (laughs)
